Decompressed
You are exposed to vacuum or to an atmosphere your body cannot use. Your tissues are losing pressure, oxygen, or both.
Mechanical Effects
- · At the start of each of your turns you make a Constitution saving throw. The DC is 10 plus the number of full rounds you have been exposed. On a failure you take 1d6 bludgeoning damage plus 1 for each round of exposure. On a success you take half.
- · You have disadvantage on Constitution checks and on attack rolls.
- · You cannot cast a spell that has a verbal component.
- · If you are dying while Decompressed, you cannot regain hit points or be stabilized until you are in a breathable atmosphere.
Triggers
Exposure to vacuum through a breached hull, an open airlock or a torn suit, and hostile atmospheres such as a chlorine vent or a toxin cloud that your equipment cannot filter.
Removal
Reaching a sealed environment with a breathable atmosphere ends the condition. Damage already taken must be healed normally.
