You have gone without enough food for longer than your body can cover.
Mechanical Effects
- · You can go without food for a number of days equal to 3 plus your Constitution modifier, minimum 1, before this begins. A day on half rations counts as half a day without food.
- · Each day beyond that limit gives you one level of exhaustion.
- · Exhaustion gained from hunger cannot be removed by resting until you eat.
Triggers
Going without food on long transits, in sieges, and on frontier travel without provisions.
Removal
Eat a full day's food. The levels of exhaustion then clear on long rests at the normal rate.
