Ice Giant Hunter
A hold on the ice sends one hunter at a time, because two make noise and the quarry is worth a month of walking. He carries a harpoon and a line, knows from the surface where the ice is thin, and lies flat beside a breathing hole for a whole day. His catch is larger than the sledge and has to be cut up where it fell.
