Psionic Parasite
A psionic parasite is a brain the size of a helmet that moves on four legs like a spider. Psionic parasites were grown in numbers by a maker that wanted its enemies' minds emptied. One leaps at a victim's face and consumes the mind, and the body it leaves behind keeps walking for a while.

The parasite can use this only against an Incapacitated creature with an Intelligence of 0. It consumes the brain and takes control of the body, keeping its own Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma and using the body's physical scores.
