Dvergr Stone Shaman

A deep hold depends on knowing what the mountain is doing and is governed by knowing what each person owes, and one office holds both in a recited form that takes nine years to learn. The stone shaman can tell a shift not to enter a gallery without giving a reason, and the shift stays out. In the same voice she tells a family that its debt has passed to the children.
