Goblin Inventor

The inventor's rotor pack is a rotor, a harness and a fuel bladder, assembled from salvage by someone with no training. It flies, but it fails often enough that the inventor has learned which failures are survivable. This is the eleventh version. The first ten are in a heap behind the workshop, and he can say what each one taught him.
