Ice Wyrm Spawn
An ice wyrm spawn surfaces through thinner ice than its parents would, in pressure ridges and frozen inlets near the glacier where it hatched. It has not learned to hunt by sound and breaks cover early. The Vale settlements track adult wyrms by the cracking ice and can tell a spawn's narrower crack from an adult's.
