Kaprosuchus
A kaprosuchus is a crocodile built to run, with long upright legs and a short heavy tail. Tusks curve up out of both jaws. Kaprosuchus hunt the dune edges of Istryx at a sprint and drag their prey into the riverbeds. The D'horvakk take them as hatchlings and raise them to the saddle, and a rider on one is the fastest thing in the dune sea.
