Pierrot Cat
The Pierrot Cat was a trickster spirit until it slighted an archfae, who cursed it. The curse put it in a pierrot's ruff and cap and set a fiddle in its paws, and it must caper and play a merry tune for every creature it meets. It cannot take the costume off, and it cannot go longer than an hour without playing. It keeps every trick it had before and uses them while the music plays.

A creature that succeeds is immune to this tune for 24 hours.
