Terror Bird
A terror bird has a deep, narrow skull reinforced along the top, swung downward with the whole neck behind it. It does not grapple or worry a carcass. It runs prey down, delivers one or two blows to the head or spine, and waits. It was the apex predator of an isolated continent.
