A pocket-sized cone cast in Mythar alloy, with a fan of fragile rift-glass vanes. As a free action while casting a spell with an area, you can snap the cone open and route the spell through it: the radius or area of that one spell is doubled. The amplifier is consumed on use, the vanes flashing white and crumbling to dust. Halcyion Order field-priests carry one or two.
