Coatl
A coatl is a feathered serpent that speaks telepathically and bites with a sleep venom. It can take the form of any humanoid or beast it has seen. It arrives, joins a purpose it does not explain and helps in ways that make sense only afterward. It cannot be persuaded to lie or to elaborate.
