PR 2

Dire Bat

A dire bat has leather wings twelve feet across, a pug face full of teeth and ears bigger than its head. Dire bats roost by the hundred in deep caves, and a colony can empty a valley of livestock. They hunt the surface at night, finding prey by echolocation in total darkness.
