Human PR 4

Frontier Scout

A scout rides a hover bike stripped to the frame, with fuel for eleven days and a rule to turn back at five. Scouts work alone because a second rider halves the fuel and doubles the noise. They are paid on what they bring back. Most of the results are negative, and the colony plans around them.
