Stonehorn
A stonehorn is low, wide and slow and plated in fused scale. Its nose horn turns rocks over, settles territorial disputes and goes through a vehicle door. Stonehorns avoid fights and defend their territory against anything that enters it, including a survey vehicle parked in the wrong dry wash.
