Human PR 3

Wasteland Survivor

A survivor wears a leather harness over a work shirt, knee plates cut from a vehicle and gloves worn through at the palm. A survivor was never a soldier and learned to fight on the way to somewhere with water. Survivors keep the gear that works and drop the rest, and they talk first because they cannot afford a second fight. A survivor knows which ruins are safe to sleep in and trades that information before anything else.
