- armorWorn protection. Sets or contributes to your armor class.
- poweredServo-assisted. It carries its own weight while it has charge, and yours once it does not.
- servo-assistedMotorised at the joints. It lifts with you rather than against you.
Axis Systems' light powered armor: articulated composite plating over a load-bearing skeleton, with micro-servos at the joints that bear the suit's own mass. It grants a +2 bonus to Armor Class beyond the ordinary pattern. Thermal loop and power plant matched to each other, ending the trade between staying sealed and staying charged.

An armor piece changes no Armor Class on its own. The body armor is what sets it. Wearing the Legion Powered Armor together with its head, hands, legs and feet pieces grants a +1 bonus to Armor Class.
Grades
The same object, worked to a better standard. The grade is the rung; the bonus is what the rung is worth at the table.
Armor Set
Worn together, not one after the other. The four pieces with their body armor grant a +1 bonus to Armor Class.
