Features
- Bite
While you are in Hybrid Form, you also have a bite, a natural weapon dealing 1d4 piercing damage.
- Practiced Control
You can enter or leave Hybrid Form as a bonus action instead of an action.
- Tunnel Sense
You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in cramped or underground spaces, and you always know your direction and distance to the nearest sewer, drain, or tunnel entrance within 1 mile.
- Festering Bite
When you hit with your bite while in Hybrid Form, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against 8 plus your proficiency bonus plus your Constitution modifier or be Poisoned for 1 minute. The target repeats the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
