Reliquary Skull
A reliquary skull is the remains of one of the Creed's faithful, fitted with a small drive, a lens where an eye was, and a transmitter. It goes where it is sent, holds station, and transmits what is in front of it back to its chapter. The Creed regards the work as an honor, and outsiders shoot the skulls down. They are found in chapter keeps and on void stations.

The skull transmits continuously to the chapter that sent it. Destroying the skull does not recall what it has already sent.

The skull cannot be deceived by appearance, because it makes no assessment. It also cannot be warned off.
-
Stealthy Drone
The skull has advantage on Stealth checks, and a creature that is not actively searching has disadvantage on Perception checks to spot it.
