Properties
Hover or tap any of these for what it means.
- armorWorn protection. Sets or contributes to your armor class.
- sealedAirtight. It holds pressure and keeps out what is in the air outside.
- vacuum-ratedRated for hard vacuum, not merely for bad air.
- life-supportCarries its own air and scrubbing for a stated duration.
Parallax Logistics' extra-vehicular suit, in the version sold to crews who expect their hull to be breached on purpose: a pressure skin under segmented ballistic plate, with 4 hours of scrubbed air. It grants a +3 bonus to Armor Class beyond the ordinary pattern. Rebuilt around a frame that carries the load in compression, so the armor holds its own weight and the wearer moves as if unarmored.

An armor piece changes no Armor Class on its own; the body armor is what sets it. Wearing the EVA Combat Suit together with its head, hands, legs and feet pieces grants a +1 bonus to Armor Class.
Grades
The same object, worked to a better standard. The grade is the rung; the bonus is what the rung is worth at the table.
Armor Set
Worn together, not one after the other. The four pieces with their body armor grant a +1 bonus to Armor Class.
