You knot up to eight willing creatures within range into one shared link and leave it standing. For the duration each of them can speak mind to mind with every other at any distance on the same plane, in a shared language none of them needs to know beforehand. The link conveys intent and little nuance. Groups that use it for long operations develop a compressed shorthand within a few hours.
