- Casting Time
- 1 minute
- Duration
- 8 hours
- Range
- Melee · Self
- Components
- V · S · M (an unbroken hour of your own memory, given up permanently)
You extend your perception a few seconds forward. For the duration you cannot be surprised, you have advantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws, and other creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. Casting the spell costs you one hour of memory that does not come back. You know that the hour is missing but not what it held. Casting this spell again before you finish a long rest ends the earlier casting.
